About Us

 Al's Comfort Technologies was originally founded by Alfred and Beatrice Yost and Ray Borman (thus the name, "Al's") and officially incorporated as Al's Heating Service, Inc. in the 1960's.
Purchased in 1970 by Robert Smart, the business moved to 7530 N. Pisgah Dr., West Chester, OH, where the company had moderate growth through the recession.  
After being employed at Al's, Richard Cox acquired the business in 1984 and moved the business back to Mason, landing in its current location at 657 Reading Rd. In 2018 the name was changed to ACT, Al's Comfort Technologies.
In June of 2021 brothers, Chris (Cox Mechanical) and T.R. Cox purchased the company. ACT has grown into one of the highest-rated heating and cooling companies in the tristate area. Providing personal and quality service to each of our customers.
